One of the best ways to control pain, increase flexibility and improve daily function is through aquatic exercise. Our Fitness & Wellness Center can help with our Daily Aqua Fitness class and Specialty Aquatic programs, led by an instructor certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA).

Aqua Fitness Classes

Our daily Aqua Fitness Classes are free with membership, including popular formats like: Aqua Cardio Blast and Aqua Tone.

See the full class listing and sign up to attend a class using our member portal.

Aqua Specialty Classes

Control pain, increase flexibility and improve daily function in our Aqua Specialty classes like: Aqua Arthritis and Aqua for MS. Led by certified instructors and designed specifically for people looking for natural relief of their symptoms.

Master Swim Program

The Master Swim program at the Fitness & Wellness Center is led by experienced coach who can help you improve your stroke technique, speed, and endurance. The program offers a variety of workouts to choose from, so you can find one that fits your fitness level and goals.

Private & Semi-Private Adult Swim Lessons

Our one-on-one format will help develop and refine strokes so students can swim with ease, efficiency, power, and smoothness. There will be a swim test during the first lesson. All lessons are 30 minutes.

Youth Aquatic Program

Our Fitness & Wellness Center is now offering programs for kids and teens between the ages of 9 and 18. This includes Private Swim Lessons with a 1:1 student to instructor ratio and Semi-Private Swim Lessons where two similar level swimmers share an instructor. All lessons are designed to develop and refine water safety skills while progressing through swim strokes.
