For Vendors
The Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Supply Chain Department holds primary responsibility for the procurement of all purchased services, materials and equipment and all processes and logistics associated with this process for NCH and affiliates.
Vendors are not permitted to visit any NCH department unsolicited. All vendor representatives must make an appointment. Please use the links below to register if you are a new vendor, and to request a vendor visit if you are already registered.
Green Security Kiosk Check-in
If you are not yet a registered member of Green Security, please visit GreenSecurityLLC.com to review the registration requirements and create your account for future access.
Upon entering our facility, please visit a Green Security Kiosk to check in and print your temporary badge. We have four kiosk locations listed below. If a kiosk is not in service, please use one of the other kiosks:
- Day Surgery Center – in the main lobby beneath the patient tracking screen
- Main Entrance (East) – in the wheelchair alcove left of the information desk
- North Entrance – in the alcove to the right of the North Pavilion elevators
- Main OR SPD/Consignment Room – 2nd floor between entrance to SPA and staff elevator
Technical Support
- If the printer is out of paper, please call extension 5771 to report (847-618-5771).
- If the PC or printer is not functioning properly, please call the IT Help Desk to report at extension 4357 (847-618-HELP)
- If a badge does not print after you register on-site, but the system accepted your check-in, please go to the Security Office near the Emergency Department to obtain a manual badge.
