Why Boost?

We are continuing our series with members of the NCH Community who want others to know their reason for getting their COVID-19 vaccine booster.

Why I got boosted: I am a husband and father of three beautiful, young girls. My parents are both cancer survivors. When the pandemic first started, our family made a commitment to our health. We started with masking. When vaccines were available to us, we made sure to get ourselves vaccinated and boosted. With many things out of our control during this pandemic, we focused on the things we can control…for the safety and health of our loved ones.  Getting boosted has allowed me to spend more time with family with a little peace of mind.
