Cancer is on everyone’s minds. Let’s help fight it together. Northwest Community Hospital (NCH) Foundation cordially invites you to support a worthy cause, network with industry peers and golf at a legendary course. Join the Foundation on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Medinah Country Club for the NCH Golf Classic. The event sells out quickly, so register early.

“Celebrating our 22nd year, the Golf Classic has raised more than $10 million dollars to support programs and services at Northwest Community Hospital that have benefited thousands of families,” says NCH Foundation Executive Director David Ungurean. “In addition to a fantastic golf event at one of the most prestigious clubs in the country, the Classic provides networking opportunities with local business and community leaders.”

Proceeds this year will support NCH’s vision and plans to transform cancer care for the region, Ungurean adds.

Last year, more than 240 golfers turned out to play Championship Course #3 and the equally picturesque Course #1. Successful mobile auctions and raffles sent participants home with sports and concert packages and a range of other exciting prizes and experiences. Funds hit a record high of $450,000, which was used to purchase a Halcyon linear accelerator, advanced radiation technology for cancer patients. The technology has been successful in targeting cancer cells with greater precision, and patients remark on how quick, easy and painless treatment is. NCH has a nationally recognized Oncology Program and is committed to offering the latest technological advances to patients.
