NCH Women’s Center

Our Women’s Center, located in the third floor of the Busse Center, is designed to offer a wide range of services in a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. It was selectively designed by women, for women and features detailed enhancements to give you a remarkable healthcare experience, including soft lighting, contoured walls, check-in kiosks and comfortable waiting areas. Modern, private changing rooms provide comfort when you receive health screenings.

Services currently provided in the Center are the Breast Health Program (formerly on the second floor of the Busse Center) and the Pelvic Floor and Bladder Program.

The Breast Health Program features a comprehensive breast center that offers state of the art 3D Mammography and diagnostic ultrasound. Patients that have an abnormal mammogram result and need additional testing, can have those services provided here all the way through biopsy. Every woman who comes to NCH for her breast imaging receives a complimentary risk assessment. If you are found to have an elevated lifetime risk for developing breast cancer, you will be educated and advised about our High Risk Breast Clinic.

Our team of pelvic floor experts provides comprehensive clinical care and minimally-invasive surgical treatments for pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, childbirth injury, complications from gynecologic surgery and congenital genitourinary disorders. Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy services are available for a variety of incontinence and pelvic pain conditions. A team of experienced nurses provides urodynamic and biofeedback services for treatment of pelvic floor and bladder diagnosis and symptoms.
