NCH Intensive Cardiac Rehab

The NCH Kildeer care center is home to our Intensive Cardiac Rehab Program.  The first of its kind in Chicagoland, NCH partners with the Pritikin Longevity Program to offer this program.  Patients receive support and assistance to make long-term lifestyle, exercise and diet modifications after experiencing a cardiac event.

Comprehensive workshops and videos address exercise, nutrition and healthy mindset, and cooking school highlights healthy and nutritious recipes.
