Our NCH Buffalo Grove Outpatient Care Center at 15 S. McHenry Road is now open. This new center provides a number of services including:
- Immediate Care
- Endeavor Health Medical Group Primary and Specialty Care
- Imaging services, including 3T MRI, CT, Ultrasound and X-ray
- Northwest Clinical Laboratory
- DEXA bone density scanning
- Mammography
- ABUS dense breast tissue imaging
- OB/GYN services
- Physical Therapy

Monday: 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am–8:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm
