COVID-19 Safety Standards at All Locations
Visitor and Mask Policy
- Masks are optional for most patients and visitors, however masks will still be required in areas where we are caring for patients who at a higher risk of infection. Mask up if:
- You are sick
- Are recovering from COVID-19
- Are visiting a designated high-risk area
- Visitors must self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before entering the hospital or care site.
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water or hand sanitizer.
- Visitors, please consider postponing your visit of a patient if you’re sick.
We have masks available if you don’t have one.

Refilling Prescriptions
In order to provide you with the highest-quality medical care, it is necessary to closely monitor those who take medications for chronic conditions. Patients on any maintenance medication will be required to have lab work or a visit at least once a year or more frequently, as ordered by your Endeavor Health Medical Group physician. When a refill is required, call your pharmacy and ask them to contact us electronically.
Annual Wellness Exams
The Endeavor Health Medical Group encourages you to schedule a comprehensive visit once a year with your physician to update your medical history, receive your ongoing preventive health plan recommendations and manage your chronic conditions. Refills can also be managed at your annual appointment.
