Jeanne Laraia, MSN, RN, NE-BC, is the Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Operations at Endeavor Health, where she leads the nursing organization and oversees clinical operations for Northwest Community Hospital. In this role, Jeanne collaborates with system and regional leaders to ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives, managing patient care services, ancillary services, hospital-based ambulatory services, and joint ventures. She also plays a key role in the planning and growth of clinical programs.
With over 35 years of nursing experience and more than 15 years in nursing leadership, Jeanne brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Jeanne holds a master’s degree in nursing from Benedictine University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University.
