Heart Health for Seniors: an Exercise Prescription for Healthy Aging

In this presentation, we will take an in depth look at cardiovascular exercise and its importance in health and longevity. Learn about different cardiovascular exercises and how each benefits your body as you age.

This presentation is led by Certified Personal Trainer, Blaine Harbourne. Blaine has over a decade of experience in the fitness and nutrition field, specifically working with the senior population. He has his degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology and his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Blaine is also certified as a Cancer Exercise Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
