Our Immediate Care Centers provide convenient medical care for patients of all ages who need to see a doctor right away but do not have a life-threatening condition that warrants an emergency room visit.

Our Immediate Care Centers are fully prepared and ready to safely welcome you back, following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health authorities, using the best practices for hygiene, infection control and social distancing. Don’t wait to be well.

COVID-19 vaccination is available

NCH offers COVID-19 vaccination at four of our ICC locations — Buffalo Grove, Kildeer, Schaumburg and Mount Prospect. Please schedule your vaccination appointment, and you will be able to choose the ICC location most convenient for you.

NCH offers COVID-19 testing at any of our four ICC locations. Patients who need to test, for any reason, should schedule an appointment.

Patients are encouraged to follow up with a personal physician for further evaluation. Patients without a physician can get referrals to more than 1,000 NCH-affiliated doctors.
