Level 1: Medical Group
Endeavor Health Medical Group providers are dedicated to giving you personalized, high-quality care. Anything from managing annual wellness visits to chronic and complex medical conditions, our board-certified primary care and specialty physicians at Endeavor Health Medical Group offices are the right choice for care.
We offer:
- 23 convenient locations throughout the northwest suburbs
- Expanded evening appointments and walk-in hours available for those age 14 and older
You can take advantage of our convenient walk-in hours even if your primary care physician is at a different Endeavor Health Medical Group office.
Level 2: Immediate Care Centers
Our five Immediate Care Centers (ICCs) offer front-line medical treatment when and where you need it. The centers provide walk-in care for health matters ranging from minor issues to non-life-threatening conditions (those which don’t require Emergency Department treatment) for people of all ages.
In addition to the same minor-illness and injury care your NCH primary care physician provides, our Immediate Care Centers offer additional services for other conditions such as allergic reactions, broken bones, X-rays and pre-employment physicals and testing.
Level 3: Emergency Department
Our Emergency Department is intended for patients who may have severe, life-threatening conditions or injuries. People who come to the emergency department with serious conditions or injuries are treated first, and those with minor illnesses may wait longer for care. We serve more than 76,000 emergency patients each year. Our 51 private treatment rooms create a safe and healing environment.
Our dedicated pediatric emergency department includes dedicated pediatric nurses and physicians in partnership with the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance.

Level 4: Day Surgery Center
According to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, in recent years more than half of surgical procedures (57.8 percent) have occurred in a hospital-owned outpatient surgery setting. Our Day Surgery Center is one of the largest in the state and offers a wide range of same-day procedures, including cosmetic procedures, minimally invasive sports medicine procedures and minor eye surgeries.
Level 5: Northwest Community Hospital
Our hospital is recognized regionally and nationally for providing quality care and is a three-time holder of the prestigious Magnet® designation for overall excellence in nursing care and clinical quality programs.
Our services include:
- Cancer care – Three-year cancer program approval with commendation from the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.

- Orthopedic care
- Pediatric care – We are home to a 16-bed, Level III (the highest level) neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for premature and sick infants
