Food Donation Intake Form

Food donations from our community members are greatly appreciated by our staff.

Food donations do have to follow specific safety guidelines:

• Food must be made in/purchased from a commercial kitchen
• Food must be individually portioned and packaged
• All food donation drop-offs need to be prearranged with a scheduled date and time
