Admission & Discharge

If you know in advance that you’re going to be admitted to the hospital, please bring your photo ID along with any relevant insurance information. Once you arrive, we’ll help you through the admissions process and answer any questions about your stay.

Our discharge process will vary depending on the nature of your stay. However, you will always receive instructions for next steps, prescriptions and any required follow-up appointments.
