Exercise Classes and Special Programs

Take advantage of all we have to offer. From group exercise classes to specialty programs to relieve stress – you can find it all here at the Wellness Center. All these classes and programs are based on the latest research and techniques and are led by trained, certified professionals.

Exercise Classes

We offer over 100 complimentary group exercise classes as well as specialty exercise classes designed for people with physical limitation. The Wellness Center has swimming lessons for all ages and special needs. These classes are designed for everyone - from the elite athlete to those with arthritis or multiple sclerosis.

of times throughout the weekdays and weekends and run
from five to ten weeks.
