The state-of-the-art, glass-enclosed Aquatic Center is truly among the showcase features at The Wellness Center. Flooded with natural light and designed with compelling architecture, the Aquatic Center offers:

• 25-yard, five-lane lap pool for swimming and aquatic classes with one lane guaranteed open during scheduled classes
• Warm water therapy pool for special classes and rehabilitation
• Oversized, co-ed whirlpool

• Aqua fitness classes
• Adult and children's swim lessons
• Aqua Arthritis Program
• The Wellness Center Master Swim Team—the Seadogs—also uses the pool for coach-led workouts
