NCH’s Patient Services Center is the fastest, easiest way to access the services you need in one convenient location. The Patient Service Center is located in the North Pavillion with free valet parking. You can also park at the nearby Busse Center for Specialty Medicine's parking deck.

Walk-ins are welcome. However, to ensure your request is ready when you arrive, please call 847.618.3200, 24-48 hours in advance.
