The Northwest Community Hospital Cuisine on Call dining program lets you order a freshly prepared meal…when you are ready to eat.
You may place a meal order anytime between 6:30 am and 7:30 pm seven days a week. Breakfast service ends at 10 am with lunch and dinner available throughout the rest of the day. You may use the following suggested meal times as a guide:
Breakfast: 6:30-10 am
Lunch: 11 am-1:30 pm
Dinner: 4:30-7:30 pm
The ordering process is very simple! All you need to do is dial extension 3663 (FOOD) from your bedside phone. Our staff will take your order and prepare your meal to your specifications. Please allow 45 minutes for delivery to your room by a Room Service Assistant.
Family members may also call on your behalf, or you can ask the Room Service Assistants for help. Please feel free to request help setting up your bedside table or opening the meal containers or packaging when the Room Service Assistant arrives with your tray.
Some foods may need to be modified or restricted if your physician has prescribed a special diet, or if you are undergoing certain tests.
