If your child is motivated and able to function effectively at home and school, this program may be recommended as the best way for him or her to effectively deal with substance abuse. It requires attendance at a minimum of three after-school sessions a week and Saturdays. You and your child receive both individual and group counseling focused on skill building and relapse prevention.
Our clinical treatment team of staff psychiatrist, licensed social workers and substance abuse counselors and professional nurses will provide comprehensive, individualized care while coordinating your parental involvement. Your child will gain the needed support while continuing to live at home and go to school.
Once the intensive outpatient program is completed, we provide ongoing assessments and continuing care. You will also be connected with community-based resources and support groups.
