Occupational Health Services available at NCH Immediate Care Centers
Northwest Community Hospital offers a full range of Occupational Health Services to businesses throughout the northwest suburbs. Services include:
- Injury care
- Wellness programs
- Worksite evaluations
- Travel immunization services
- Physical examinations
- A variety of health screenings
To ensure convenient access to this care, Occupational Health Services are provided at our Immediate Care Centers, including the Health Center in Mount Prospect, and at the Hospital campus in Arlington Heights.

Call the Immediate Care location you prefer directly. While appointments are encouraged, walk-in visits are also welcome.

New Hours
Occupational Health services and injury care at the NCH Immediate Care Centers are provided 7 am – 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am – 6 pm on weekends and holidays.
New Arlington Heights Location
Occupational Health services and injury care in Arlington Heights (on the Hospital campus) are provided at the NCH Emergency Department. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
Travel Immunization Services
