A doctor’s order is required for all imaging services, except screening mammograms. Appointments are required for all imaging services, except X-rays (walk-ins welcome). To schedule an appointment, call Outpatient Scheduling at 847.618.3700. Please specify the location where you would like to have your test scheduled.

Our board certified radiologists and technologists provide the best in diagnostic procedures

• Images available electronically for immediate review by NCH radiologists
• Reports often sent directly to your referring physician within 2 to 3 hours
• MRI available at our Buffalo Grove (15 S. McHenry Road) and Mount Prospect locations, and Open MRI available at our Schaumburg location
• Same day appointments available with your doctor referral when immediate testing is necessary

• Additional outpatient imaging services available only at the Hospital include: Bi-plane angiography, dual source CT scan, lung CT screenings, fluoroscopy, PET/CT scan, hysterosalpingography (HSG), kidney biopsy, lung biopsy, myelography, paracentesis, thoracentesis, prostate biopsy and virtual colonoscopy.
