Sports Medicine is an integral part of NCH’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) services. We offer you a wide range of physical therapies and rehab programs to meet your individual needs.

NCH’s highly trained, licensed staff will provide progressive strengthening, mobility, endurance and coordination training combined with specialized exercises and manual techniques. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just want to be in better physical condition, these programs are designed to help professional, recreational and student athletes meet individual goals.

Training outreach programs for high school athletes

  • Full size gymnasium for basketball and volleyball
  • Reduced-impact 1/12-mile suspended track
