NCH is committed to providing comprehensive care to meet your needs. That’s why the Ambulatory Infusion Clinic offers such a wide range of outpatient services. These include private infusion areas for patients with hematologic, oncologic and immunologic disorders as well as specialized services for hydration, infectious disease and vaccinations.

• To ensure quality care, you will need a physician order with diagnosis, medical history and a physical, prenatal record or Emergency Room chart record, dated within three months of first appointment
• Information may be faxed in advance to 847.618.6770
• Open seven days a week for full-week regimens
• Courtesy van transportation available for qualified patients
