You can make a difference as a volunteer at NCH

Did you know that NCH has more than 800 volunteers who contribute their time and talent by working in over 70 hospital departments to enhance the quality of medical care?

These compassionate and caring people volunteer their time to aid patients, their families and friends by supporting the medical professionals who provide patient care as well as offering clerical assistance in administrative areas. From a welcoming voice to a friendly face giving directions, they help make NCH a warmer, more caring place.

• Whether you're retired, working full time or caring for your family, Northwest Community offers volunteer opportunities to fit your schedule
• Volunteers are needed seven days a week, morning, afternoon, and evening

If you are able to commit to at least three hours of service a week, please consider being a volunteer.

If you can’t commit to volunteering on a regular basis, there are several other important volunteer opportunities with Northwest Community Hospital. You can:

• Get involved in one of our many committees
• Help at one of our fund-raising events
• Utilize your creativity and talent knitting baby caps for newborns, making hand puppets for young patients or sewing fleece blankets for oncology patients
