Generations Program

This program helps those aged 40 and above feel better psychologically, and helps increase independence, health and feelings of well-being.

We focus on stabilizing symptoms and then gradually transition to less intensive care. The program features a multi-layered approach that includes biological, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of care. We also actively involve the patient’s family or loved ones in the care process.

The program is located on the NCH campus in Arlington Heights. We provide holistic behavioral health services to our community.

The Generations treatment team consists of psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, registered nurses, behavioral health associates and patient care assistants. Our newly remodeled inpatient unit features 20 beds and several shared spaces. It is designed to calm and relax patients.
